If you are a blogger, you can use your bully pulpit to stand with the victims and activists to prevent discrimination, uphold political freedom, protect people from inhumane treatment in wartime, and campaign to bring offenders to justice. You can expose human rights violations and hold abusers accountable. You can challenge governments and those who hold power to end abusive practices and respect international human rights law.

Kennst du das schon? Sieht für mich dubios aus. Denn wenn, wie von den Initiatoren angeregt, "Blog Adopters and Bloggers looking for a host" einen bestimmten Link einbauen, können diese Blogs von den Behörden leicht gefunden und automatisch geblockt werden (wenn die Blogger Glück haben) oder diese Blogs werden gezielt überwacht, da der Verdacht nahe liegt, dass, wer sich dafür interessiert, nicht nur über seine Haustiere schreiben möchte. In diesem Fall wäre es wahrscheinlich nicht schwer, die Autoren ausfindig zu machen, da auch Internetcafés nicht mehr anonym benutzt werden dürfen und die durchschnittliche Online-Lebensdauer eines Proxyservers in China angeblich bei gerade mal 30 Minuten liegt.
Sind die Initiatoren wirklich so naiv oder ist das ein Versuch der Behörden, subversive Blogger in falsche Sicherheit zu wiegen, um sie leichter aufspüren zu können?
