Anlässlich der Konferenz: "MEDIA CONVERGENCE: Cooperation, Collisions, and Change" (Co-sponsored by: Brigham Young University — University of South Carolina October 13-15, 2005 — Provo, Utah, USA) ist unter anderem auch Podcasting-Training angesagt:
Training on - PODCASTING
Learn More About This New Content Delivery Method
and WIN one of several iPod Shuffles!
Thursday morning, October 13, we will hold an intensive training session on Podcasting beginning at 8:30 AM, including instruction on:
• What podcasts are out there
• RSS feeds / content management systems
• Audio compression (mp3) techniques
• Recording hardware
• Audio software choices
• Audio editing
• Program formatting
• Licensing and copyright laws for podcasters
• And More!
Those participating in the training will create a series of Podcasts covering the conference. There is no charge for the training, but registration is limited to the first 15 people who confirm. Three iPod Shuffles will be raffled off, a great chance to win one! This training is open to others from your school who want to attend the conference as well--the only requirement is that they register for the conference.

Nein, aber mich öfters sehr despektierlich über die Methoden der Inhaftnahme mokiert, auch über das Straflager vor Kuba, auch über den Herrn Bush. Und damit bin ich autmatisch auf der Blacklist. Und ich habe keinerlei Lust, nach Quantanamo BAy verfrachtet zu werden, da verzichte ich lieber auf das Vesuvio in SF...

Ich habe mir meinen alten verlängern lassen, im wissen, dass ich dorthin nie mehr fliegen werde (und wenn es mal eine Notlandung geben sollte, bleibe ich an Bord, das ist meines wissens nach Hochheitsgebiet der Airline und nicht der USA...)

*grins* .....und Cybi hat beschlossen, noch ein Jahr mit dem neuen Pass zu warten und im letzten möglichen Augenblick noch einen "alten" zu bestellen....
