Sollte man seine Leserinnen und Leser Fragen bevor man bestimmte Bilder in der Zeitung druckt? Die Greeley Tribune hat's getan. Chris Cobler Redaktor der Zeitung veröffentlicht die Ergebinsse dieser ungewöhnlichen Umfrage in seinem Blog.

Editors won't always have the time for seeking input before making a decision -- and of course they're not bound to abide by what they hear in public comments -- but this is a model I'd like to see copied. The more voices and perspectives heard, the less likely that poor editorial decisions will be made.
