Welcome to the only English-language site for news and views about the Iranian election, co-authored by Iranians and non-Iranians. openDemocracy.net has invited leading Iranian pro-democracy journalists and bloggers from Tehran, Toronto, and Washington DC and beyond – to share their views on the 8th presidential elections as they unfold over the next weeks. The election is on June 17th, 2005.
